"God's work. Our hands." Sunday
#ELCADayofService on Sept. 7 saw Lutherans across Southeastern Pennsylvania putting their hands into God's work, loving their neighbors:

From top left: St. Petri-Hope in Northeast Philadelphia made dozens of "blessings bags" for members to share with persons who stand along Roosevelt Blvd. asking for help. A crew from St. Paul's, Ardmore spread 20 yards of mulch and spruced up South Ardmore Park. St. John's, Quakertown helped to clean up a section of Tohickon Creek in Memorial Park. Mediator, Philadelphia, sponsored a health fair for the community. Workers from Ascension, Washington Crossing repaired a roof at the New Jersusalem recovery sitting in North Philadelphia.
