Register for Disciples Crossing summer camps this Sunday
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Remember that UCC is covering $100 of the registration cost for those who register early for 6th-12th grade camps (already reflected in the documents above), and additional full or half scholarships are available to cover the early-bird price if needed.
The easiest way to register for camps and mission trips will be our Camp Registration Day - this Sunday, April 7. Sharyn Peterson will be set up in Fellowship Hall from 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and again from 6-7 p.m. with plenty of blank registration forms and tally sheets. Registering that day ensures that you make the early bird deadline, up to $130 off the regular registration price (in addition to the $100 UCC covers). You can also take this opportunity to sign up for youth mission trips and to volunteer at Vacation Bible School (June 25-28). Mark your calendar and we'll see you Sunday! |

Registration open for mission trips to Memphis and Houston
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~  Registration flyers for our summer youth mission trips are now available! Here's the skinny on both trips:
The Chi Rho Mission Trip to Houston for grades 6-8 will take place June 9-12. The group will be working at the Houston Food Bankfor several days and cooling off at Schlitterbahn Water Park in Galveston at the end of the trip. Cost is $175 per person and full or half scholarships are available upon request. Full details are available on the registration flyer.
The CYF Mission Trip to Memphis for grades 9-12 will take place June 30 - July 6. The group will be working at several inner city agencies, touring Rhodes College, and visiting several cultural attractions in the area (including the National Civil Rights Museum at the former Lorraine Motel). Cost is $350 per person and full or half scholarships are available upon request. Full details are available on the registration flyer.
Remember that this Sunday, April 7 is Camp Registration Day, so be sure to turn in the completed registration flyer and $50 deposit along with summer camp forms this Sunday to save your spot on one of our mission trips. You can download a tally sheet here to help you calculate costs in advance.
