You are invited to join the PNWER Arctic Caucus for a Roundtable on October 1, 2014 from 9:00am to 11:30am at the Canadian Embassy. The discussion will be co-chaired by Minister Currie Dixon, Yukon; Alaska State Senator Lesil McGuire and Rep. Bob Herron (Co-Chairs of the Alaska Arctic Policy Commission), and Minister Dave Ramsay, Northwest Territories, and PNWER President.
The roundtable would offer an opportunity for stakeholders from Alaska, Yukon, and the Northwest Territories along with U.S. and Canadian government representatives to have an informal discussion about how the sub-national region can continue to work together on areas of mutual agreement regarding the arctic, while supporting the transition from Canada's leadership of the Arctic Council to the U.S. leadership this spring.
