This Sunday marks our final discussion of the Romans 12 material. The True Spirituality series ends with a discussion of "Overcoming Evil with Good," featuring Romans 12:14-21.

Fall Small Groups
 
Are you one of the more than 130 people currently in small groups at Deerbrook? This is a great way to get better connected. We encourage you to do the reading and participate with your small group.

The devotional and workbooks are available for $20.
Annual Fall Youth Retreat
The Annual Fall Youth Retreat will be Friday, November 20 at 4:00 pm to Sunday, November 22 at 9:00 am at the Youth Front Camp West Retreat in Edgerton, KS. Cost: $55 before October 31; $65 November 1 or later. Reservations and payment should be given to Preston. Checks should be made payable to Deerbrook Covenant Church.
Discover Deerbrook

Discover Deerbrook is our Membership 101 class. It is being offered on Sunday, Nov 8 from 11:45 am - 2:45 pm, with lunch included. Please send the office an email if you want to learn more about the history and teaching of the Covenant Church. 
Children's Ministry News
Our talented kids are enthusiastically preparing for an original production of "The Orphans' Wish," to be presented Nov 22 during the 10:00 am Worship Service. This heartwarming story depicts the journey of a rambunctious group of orphans who are accompanied by three Children's Aid Workers as they travel from New York to Missouri in the year 1922. 
   
Please join us on the 22nd as we share another example of God's amazing love and plan for even "the smallest of these."

2017 Church Camp
Registration for Church Camp, June 2017, continues. We need to register this far in advance in order to secure the rooms at the YMCA of the Rockies. However, if your plans change, you will get a refund of your deposit. See the information sheet for details.
