LA PORTE COUNTY SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA TO APPEAR ON WIMS 1420 AM

 

La Porte, IN (March 4, 2015)  Join Music Director Philip Bauman, Interim Executive Director Tim King and La Porte County Symphony Orchestra musicians, violinist Dr. Paul Hecht, and trumpeter Charlie Mann, as they appear on the Roxy Music Show on WIMS 1420 AM on Wednesday, March 11 from 10:10am - Noon with host,Paula Griffin.

These special on-air guests will talk about their upcoming IU Health Classics Concert on Sunday, March 22 at the Elston Performing Arts Center in Michigan City as well as our season finale, the April 18 Pops Concert with special guests, the Purdue Varsity Glee Club, presented by the Robert J. Hiler Family Foundation.

There will be lively discussion and conversation about the upcoming concerts, and just maybe, a hint or two about what our Hoosier Star 10thAnniversary might entail!  There will be LCSO recordings and ticket giveaways.  Tune in to WIMS 1420 AM to listen to this entertaining banter and win ticket giveaways!
