A developer had finished completion of Phases I and II of a multi-family townhome project and was experiencing strong lease-up momentum. The third and final phase had just broken ground when the construction lender disclosed that continued funding would be impossible unless the loans on Phases I and II were repaid.
Our loan repaid the construction lender on the completed phases which, in turn, allowed that lender to provide funds to our client to complete the final development of this project. |
