Delcambre Shrimp 
Festival Delayed to Friday
DELCAMBRE, La. --- In light of the ongoing flooding and devastation throughout all of Louisiana the 66th Annual Delcambre Shrimp Festival, which was scheduled to start on Wednesday, Aug. 17, 2016, will be delayed, and will now begin Friday, Aug. 19.

The festival will be held Friday, Aug. 19 - Sunday, Aug. 21. Gate fee for Friday and Saturday will be reduced to $5 due to the devastating flooding. Sunday will remain a free event. All entertainment and other activities will remain the same.

Carnival Prices - Friday night - $20 bracelet rides from 6:30-11 p.m.
Saturday - $20 bracelet rides from noon- 4 p.m.
Saturday night - $25 bracelet rides from 5- 11 p.m.
Sunday night - $20 bracelet rides from noon - 4 pm
