WHAT: Summer of Fun Children Activities Program

WHERE: Bayou Teche Museum (131 E. Main St., New Iberia, La.) & the Sliman Theater for the Performing Arts (129 E. Main St., New Iberia, La.)
DETAILS:
The Bayou Teche Museum is now accepting enrollment for its "Summer of Fun Activities."
The week-long camp will be directed by certified teachers and include interactive demonstrations, games, music, arts and crafts and a downtown scavenger hunt. Attendees will explore the Teche region's Native Americans, Spanish Founders, Acadians, Iberia Resources and Main Street. The Camp is scheduled for June 6 - 10, 8:30 to noon and will take place at the Museum (131 E. Main St.) and at the Sliman Theater (129 E. Main St.) next door. Children ages 7 - 12 are eligible. $75 per camper includes daily snacks and a memory bag at week's end.
