Nov. 4, 2015 - Jeanerette Museum: Ford Mustang Talk - Professor Jerome "Jerry" Malinowski, one of the designers of the original Ford Mustang, will present "The Enigma of an American Icon: The Ford Mustang." He will share his personal story designing the Ford Mustang and will touch on other cars of that time including the Chevy Corvair-Camaro and the Dodge Challenger. Nov. 7 - 8, 2015 - Shadows Civil War Encampment - Skilled re-enactors will demonstrate the lifestyle of a soldier during the Civil War. To provide visitors with a living picture of the past, they will demonstrate marching drills, camp life, artillery firing and many other scenarios. Different events will be going on and the Shadows tour for the weekend will focus on the Civil War.
