  • BAYOU TECHE MUSEUM will be open Wed. - Sat. from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. during the George Rodrigue Exhibit Jan. 15 - April 15. 





  • JEANERETTE MUSEUM will host the traveling exhibit "The World Will Move: Civil Rights & Public Transportation in Louisiana 1860s-1950s" Jan. 26-March 6, 2015.

  • ENVISION DA BERRY's creative director, Monsieur Phanat Xanamane received an award from Artspark, the Lafayette Economic Development Authority supported and Acadiana Center for The Arts administered, Individual Artists Stipend Funding Program. The funds received will be used to create an urban design installation to celebrate the late Jazz musician, Bunk Johnson. Keep an eye out for a colorful new mural and light installation in February 2015 happening on Hopkins Street in New Iberia.
