Win a Blue Magic on Main Getaway!

NEW IBERIA, La. --- The Iberia Parish Convention & Visitors Bureau is hosting a contest to win a free getaway to celebrate the holidays at Blue Magic on Main on Dec. 13-14, 2014 in New Iberia.
The winner will receive a complimentary 1-night (Dec. 13)/ 2-day stay for two at Le Rosier Country Inn B&B on Main Street New Iberia, free admission to all Iberia's attractions, and Berry Blue Bucks for shopping and dining.
The winner will get to experience the Blue Magic on Main Christmas Parade on Dec. 13 in New Iberia honoring the late "Blue Dog" artist and New Iberia native, George Rodrigue (3/13/1944 - 12/14/2013).
Special events leading to the 6 p.m. parade include Shop Berry Blue deals at participating merchants, the Teche Area Farmers Market, Christmas caroling, church choir Christmas music, festive food trucks, food booths, vendors and a Very Berry Christmas Scavenger Hunt.
New Iberia's Historic Main Street will also play host to "Window Wonderland" with shop window fronts decorated in a 1930s art deco Christmas card theme.
The day will end with the Iberia Performing Arts League's Christmas musical "A USO Christmas Show" (7:30 p.m.), which will bring back the nostalgia of the 40s and 50s with classic Christmas tunes and humorous performances.
The Blue Magic on Main Getaway contest will run on IberiaTravel's Facebook page until Nov. 30, 2014 at 11 p.m. CST, with winner announced soon after, via random drawing.
