- To celebrate American Wetlands Month, the America's WETLAND Foundation has launched its latest GAME ON! television ad calling for teamwork to save Louisiana's vanishing coast. The new ad, which will run throughout Southeast Louisiana, features the Rainey Conservation Alliance, formed more than a century ago when two Louisiana families - the McIlhennys and the Raineys - began working with the National Audubon Society. Jefferson Parish will host the Lt. Governor's Tourism Summit August 26-28, 2014 and is looking for donations for the silent auction. The summit will feature travel advisors from around Louisiana and will give you the opportunity to showcase your organization/business. IPCVB will make an auction item with Iberia Parish products. To participate, you can bring the item to our office or contact us for pickup.

We use the same listings in the guide and on our website. Please review your listing on our website and send us your changes. If you are not listed, please send us your information.
You can find your listing by clicking on the appropriate category (for ie. where to stay/B&B) or by using the search box at the top right hand corner of any page. Events are listed on our calendar of events. |
- News From IPCVB is going bi-monthly (first and third Tuesday of the month) and Iberia Sweet Pics will be sent out monthly (first Monday of the month). Please submit your material for both newsletters by noon on the Thursday before publication.

Re-development Incentive Grant Applications for 2014-2015 are now available. Louisiana Main Street Redevelopment Incentive Grants encourage economic development through community reinvestment and revitalization by providing matching funds support for the redevelopment of historic downtown commercial properties in order to foster renewed interest in shopping, working, living downtown, and cultural tourism development by providing final support for the restoration and redevelopment (using historic preservation practices) of historic downtown commercial properties. Deadline: June 12, 2014. Details here.
