* Wed., May 7 - Iberia Parish Day at the Atchafalaya Welcome Center
* Thurs., May 8 - Unveiling of "Becoming New Iberia" interpretive kiosk at the New Iberia City Hall plaza in front of the fountain.
* Fri., May 9 - Lt. Gov. Jay Dardenne will stop at TABASCO®/McIlhenny on Avery Island at 1 p.m. for a press conference.
Bring the family to Q-Ing on the Bayou this Saturday. This boat poker run ends at the Delcambre boat dock at 6 p.m. with live music. The BBQ cook-off will begin at 10 a.m. with judging and serving at 4 p.m.
