Merci Mesdames Pat Kahle and Cathy Shramm for leading the Shadows-on-the-Teche Civil War Tour on Nov. 9. The free day-long tour filled a 55 passenger tour bus very quickly with a waiting list. Stops were made at battle sites in St. Mary and Iberia Parish. Speakers included Dr. Don Frazier, Mr. Kelby Ouchley and Dr. Shane Bernard. Lunch was provided by the IPCVB. The tour was made possible by a grant to the Shadows-on-the-Teche from the National Trust for Historic Preservation's Interpretation and Education Fund.
