Congratulations Monsieur Allan A. Philiba, our Facebook shrimp sweepstakes winner! Here is what he plans to do with the shrimp:
"I love all types of seafood, including succulent shrimp, which I plan to cook in numerous ways, including frying th...em in butter with plenty of garlic, perhaps adding some dry wine, with some dill, a touch of lemon and over "al-dente" pasta or rice. May also barbeque them with a bit of Ginger Teriyaki sauce. I love them just steamed or boiled hot or cold. I may decide on making a combination of shrimp and bay scallops in a homemade tomato sauce, also with garlic, etc.
These shrimp are delicious any way you cook them.. I just know enough not to overcook them...that's the worst thing you can do to them. I forgot to mention that they "ain't" bad deep fried or in New Orleans spicy dishes, which I don't do myself.
I will also share them with my nearby daughters and their families. Thanks again...these shrimp will be well taken care of and appreciated !!! "
