The Delcambre Seafood and Farmers' Market will be "All about Alligators" this Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Held once a month at the Shrimp Festival Grounds, 409 E. Main St. in Delcambre, the market features fresh food, crafts, music and cooking demonstrations. On the program: LSU Sea Grant exhibit featuring a live alligator, cooking demonstrations with free samples of alligator sausage and alligator meat available for sale.
