NEW IBERIA, La. --- The 2013 Cajun Hot Sauce Festival will heat things up on April 12-14 at SugArena @ Acadiana Fairgrounds, 713 NW Bypass (Hwy 3212) in New Iberia.
The festival features great family fun, including a hot sauce competition, jambalaya cook-off, carnival rides, dance and talent contests, live entertainment from national and local musicians, food court and crafts. The schedule is as follows:
