Mike Prejean, International Sales, Louisiana Office of Tourism (LOT) drove five international LOT sales representatives to the Lt. Governor's Tourism Summit in Lake Charles on Jan. 22. They stopped at Rip Van Winkle Gardens to have lunch and tour the grounds with owner Mike Richard and C�line Alis, IPCVB asst. director of communications. Each LOT representative received gift bags with products donated by TABASCO, KONRIKO and Shadows-on-the-Teche. At the summit, participants gave a presentation on international marketing and explained the ins-and-outs of working in each of their markets to secure business. Their presentations will be posted to the Louisiana Travel Promotion Association's website. They received the Discover Iberia Community Resource Guide. Leads (contact information) will be distributed to stakeholders.
The IPCVB is an advertiser in the Louisiana Outdoor Adventures Guide published by the Louisiana Travel Promotion Assoc.(LTPA).
