Amy Triezenberg is an award-winning stylist. In the contest arena, her Springer Spaniels are always stunning. Getting the feet right on any of the Sporting breeds can be tricky. You want the foot to look neat and tidy. Yet, at the same time, you want it to look totally natural, too. The way you trim a show foot is different than when you style the feet of every day pets. In this lesson, Amy demonstrates how to create the subtle difference between the two styles on a Springer Spaniel. She does both front feet on our lesson dog so you can see the side-by-side difference. Even though Amy is working on a Springer Spaniel in this lesson, the techniques she shows you are foundation skills. They can transition over to many breeds with similar feet types.
