Join award winning pet stylist, Lindsey Dicken and her business partner Carmen Butera as they take you on a tour of The Fetching Canine. Recently remodeled from a former dentist office, this dynamic duo has created a fabulous spa like retreat for their clients. The shabby chic style is warm and inviting. Multiple small rooms have allowed them to conveniently break up the space into multiple areas including:
- reception area with retail
- office and break area for the staff
- multiple restrooms
- wet room
- drying room
- finish grooming area with pet holding areas
The space is open with a lot of natural light.
The Fetching Canine is located just north of Orlando, Florida. At the time of this filming, the salon had not even been open for a year. However, the strong attention to quality grooming, outstanding customer service and attention to details (even down to color coordinating footwear!) it is already winning awards. The Fetching Canine recently captured 2nd place out of 34 local grooming salons for Orlando's coveted A-List! Well done ladies!!
This is a very inspiring lesson for anyone dreaming of their own grooming business or looking to remodel their current shop. Lindsey enlightens you on what their inspirations were as they designed their new salon on a pretty limited budget. The end results are fabulous!
