'Gettin' er Done' Series with Judy Hudson

Grooming a Shih Tzu in a Teddy Bear Trim

Judy Hudson is an awarding winning groomer and a popular demonstrator at grooming trade shows. In this lesson, Judy works on an overgrown Shih Tzu. The owner likes it cute -- but not too long. Judy opts for a guard comb trim with slightly fuller legs. She shows you how to quickly work around the dog to create the cute teddy bear style trim.

Judy adores this dog but he is a bit fussy throughout the entire groom. Pay attention to how Judy addresses his actions when he acts up. There is much to be said for persistence and patience.

This video lesson is typical Judy Hudson. As Judy says, universal combs are a great way for 'gettin' er done'. She shows you all her shortcuts to for getting a dog done in the least amount of time. Judy always works with quality, safety and compassion for the pet in mind.
