Integrated Spin Class 

 

 

 Still accepting drop in's! 

Spin

Time, location:

Wednesday evenings 7-7:50 pm. 

University of Alberta Van Vliet Center Revving Room. To sign up for the class, please click here. 

 

Drop in: Must contact us prior to dropping in.  $8 drop-in for Adapted Adventures members and $10 for non members.

 

This class features both hand cycles and upright spin bikes.

Beat the Blues Boogie Loppet 
  
Cross Country Alberta is hosting this fun free technique event March 16th at the Strathcona Wilderness Center, bib pick up is 9:00am.
  
This is will be a fun way to end off our great ski season!

 Screening of Wampler's Ascent

 

 Global Visions Film Festival is screening Wampler's Ascent on Sunday night March 3     6:45 pm  at Metro/Garneau Theatre.  

It is about a man with 'severe' CP who climbs the biggest rock face in the world....El Capitan in Yosemite.

Check out the Grande Prairie "Are We Ready" Adapted Physical Activity and Fitness Symposium taking place on March 21-23, 2013.

This is a fantastic opportunity to connect to athletes, coaches and leaders in the adapted physical activity community.

The Adapted Adventures Program has been provided with the opportunity to sell programs at the Big Valley Jamboree.

Throws Clinic and Classification event

 

 

Athletics Canada is staging a development level throws clinic and national level classification opportunity on March 16, 2013 in Edmonton, AB, at Riverbend School (14820 -53rd Ave, Edmonton, AB T6H 4C6)
