Integrated Spin Class 

 

The Integrated Spin class will again be running again this winter as a result of its success in the fall. 

Spin

  

Time, dates and location: January 16th to March 20th, Wednesday evenings 7-7:50 pm. 

University of Alberta Van Vliet Centre Revving Room. To sign up for the class, please click here. 

 

Drop in: Must contact us prior to dropping in.  $8 drop-in for Adapted Adventures members and $10 for non members.

 

This class features both hand cycles and upright spin bikes. 

 

Parking: Accessible parking passes available for $25 per term. Please contact us for more information.

 
Scuba Diving
Scuba  

Looking for volunteers to be a part of Edmonton's first adapted scuba diving instructor training February 22nd, 23rd and 24th! This training will provide both participants and instructors the confidence to have a positive scuba experience. If you are interested, please contact our office for more details.

 

Adapted Scuba certification course will be offered in March 2013! Stay tuned for more information.

 

 

Rock Climbing
 
For new and experienced climbers!
 

Time, dates and location: RockClimb

Monday evenings from 4:00-5:30pm, January 14th-Februay 11th

at Vertically Inclined Rock Gym located, 8523 Argyll Rd NW in Edmonton. First Monday is a try it day for new climbers.

Get some fresh air and learn techniques to give you more confidence on the trails!

Sundays: January 20th and March 3rd, TBA, at Strathcona Wilderness Centre

is offering treatment and home exercise programs for those who have musculoskeletal pain or injuries, neurological conditions, balance issues and those who do not have supplemental health insurance.
