Programs

SpinIntegrated Spin Class

 

Are you looking for a fun way to exercise? We are currently running an integrated Spin Class at the University of Alberta! 

 

We have two drop-in spots available each week. If you are interested in trying it out, please contact our office to check availability. 

 

It is 8$ drop-in for Adapted Adventures members and 10$ drop-in for those who do not have a membership yet.

This class runs until Nov 28th on Wednesday evenings from 7:00 - 7:50 pm.

This class features both hand cycles and upright spin bikes. 

 Accessible parking passes are also available for $25 and can be used for the entire length of the program. Please contact our office if you require a subsidy or would like to purchase a parking pass.

 

ScubaScuba Diving 

 

We are pleased to partner with NorthWest Scuba to offer a 5 week PADI scuba diving certification class.  The program will feature both classroom instruction and time practicing skills in the pool.

Dates: November 6th , November 20th , November 27th,   December 4th  , and December 11th

Time: 12:30 PM - 3:30 PM

Location: Terwillegar Community Recreation Centre Pool (2051 Leger Road NW, Edmonton)

Price: $300 plus GST

   RockClimb    

Rock Climbing

 

 

Come out and climb! Our rock climbing program will be running for 5 weeks on Monday evenings November 5th-26th and Dec 3rd. It will take place at Vertically Inclined Rock Gym located at 8523 Argyll Rd NW in Edmonton. The program will go from 

6:00 pm-8:30 pm!

 

Please contact our office for more information and/or if you are interested in participating!

We will be looking for both volunteers and participants in October.

 

Yoga

Yoga

 

We are looking to start a yoga class starting in early 2013. If you have any input on the new program, please feel free to contact the office with suggestions or ideas!

is offering treatment and home exercise programs for those who have musculoskeletal pain or injuries, neurological conditions, balance issues and those who do not have supplemental health insurance.
