We want to thank you for your patience through this record level blizzard.  Our property managers and maintenance staff have been working tirelessly to respond to the many issues a storm of this magnitude can create. We have been in constant contact with each of the property specific snow vendors both before, during and now after the storm.  Some of those vendors rose to the occasion and did an exemplary job, and others were just not up to the task.  Each vendor will be evaluated with your board and the appropriate action pursuant to their contract will be recommended.
