Weekly Highlights
Congratulations to a successful inaugural season of Battle of the Books.  Special kudos to The Book Thieves and The Book Blasters for advancing to the next level of competition to be held at St. Jude School.
After hearing the Dr. Seuss story, K5 students enjoyed a dish of green eggs and ham.
Our third graders went to Prince of Peace to meet their pen-pal buddies. They had conversation, played bingo and had a snack together.
Fifth graders read biographies and did a presentation about what they learned, complete with costumes and props.
Congratulations to the 5th-8th grade band, string and vocal students who performed this past Saturday at the Wisconsin School Music Association Solo & Ensemble Contest held at Brookfield East.  It was a very successful day! Several highlights are: a first place rating for the flute choir and two of our students receiving class A star ratings on drum set and violin!  Those students will now perform at the state competition at the end of April.
Congratulations to the 7th grade girls green team- they placed first at the SJV 7th grade tournament and were tournament champions at the St. Mary's Hales Corners tournament.
SJV 6th grade girls ended their season tied for 1st place in the league. Great job girls!
Congratulations to the Girls 6th grade Notre Dame basketball team. On March 5, they took first place in the St. Boniface Tournament. They also finished in 1st place in the Notre Dame Division of the Notre Dame Don Bosco League with an undefeated record.

Molly Bell, Founder/Director, Bloom for Girls, LLC, will present on the following topic:  Is beauty only skin deep? Through presentations, journaling, group discussion and fun activities, mom and daughter can expand the narrow definitions of beauty and body health.
