At St. John Vianney School, we persist in our endeavors to increase our capacity to serve all God's children. As part of this effort, we strive to provide instruction that is responsive to the needs of the individual student. Last week we shared data that demonstrated school wide positive effects of our initiatives in mathematics. Today, we share information regarding the type of data we review to maximize the ability of our teachers to deliver instruction targeted to meet student strengths and needs.

School Annual Fund

Missing Silverware
The cafeteria is missing lots of silverware.  If your child has accidentally taken any forks or spoons home with them, please take a moment to send them back to school. It would also be appreciated if you could remind your students that when taking hot lunch, the silverware should be put in the rinse bucket and not the trash can.  Thank you.

Shoe Collection

Last year we collected over 450 pairs of shoes for the Soles for Education Walk.  This year we are challenging you to fill Mrs. Blaha's van full of shoes.  We will need more than 450 pairs of shoes to accomplish this task, so please dig out those old shoes, boots, and cleats and bring them to school until October 24.  Each pair of shoes must be rubber banded together or in a plastic bag.
