The judges will choose the best performing properties in these categories:

• Curb Appeal
• Marketing and Communication Efforts
• Excellence in Resident Services.

Nominations can be made by the owner, management agent, manager, coworker, a resident, or yourself.  So print an application and get to work!  

Minimum of 2 year's experience required;  must be a member of PAHMA to apply.
