EB-5 Program Extended
On Friday, September 28, 2012, the President signed into law S.3245, which extends the EB-5 Regional Center Program to September 30, 2015. Earlier this year, the three year re-authorization passed the Senate continuing on to pass the U.S. House of Representatives 412 to 3.

Marriott Restaurant Featured

The Milwaukee Marriott's restaurant has been featured in several publications recently. The Milwaukee themed restaurant, seating a projected 155 guests, will serve local Wisconsin cheeses, craft beers and Usinger's sausages, as well as fresh fish from the Great Lakes. The restaurant, developed by CZH Hospitality Group in an exclusive relationship with White Lodging Services Corp, will use locally sourced building materials to blend urban decor with historic Downtown Milwaukee characteristics.
"White Lodging, Carl Bruggemeier and CZH Hospitality represent the gold standard in the hospitality industry, and what they plan to bring to Milwaukee is truly exceptional," said Ed Carow, managing partner of hotel developer Jackson Street Holdings.

DeltaHawk & EBR Demos at Discovery World, Milwaukee WI

DeltaHawk Diesel Engines and EBR (Erik Buell Racing) both presented working demonstrations to the PiYi delegation of investors from China at Discovery World in Milwaukee, WI. Both companies are a testament to manufacturing and innovation in Wisconsin, and FirstPathway Partners is pleased to partner with these pioneering companies.
DeltaHawk specializes in lightweight turbo-diesel engines, and EBR is building on a successful history of racing and is beginning to manufacture sport bikes for the general consumer.

Milwaukee Marriott Topping Off
Construction crew hoists the final beam to the highest point of the vertical hotel structure.

Today the Milwaukee Marriott Downtown celebrated the "topping off" of vertical construction. In attendance was FirstPathway Partners Chairman/CEO Bob Kraft and Milwaukee Mayor, Tom Barrett. Kraft Speaks at IIUSA EB-5 Advocacy Conference

This week IIUSA hosted the 5th annual EB-5 Advocacy Conference, at the Capitol Hill Hyatt Regency Hotel, in celebration of the 3 year re-authorization of the EB-5 Regional Center Program.
During the event speakers from across the EB-5 industry and federal government, addressed trending topics and the future of the Program. Bob Kraft Chairman and CEO of FirstPathway Partners was honored to address EB-5 program stakeholders during the "EB-5 Regional Economic Development Showcase Industry panel."
Kraft's presentation highlighted EB-5's role in the larger economic plan for the region, ensuring sustainability and continued expansion of the 7 county area. FPP encourages a robust well rounded economy by investing in a variety of diverse industries.
