The Hydrangea, is a classic garden plant loved by many gardeners.
Here is a list of some of our favourites as well as some brand new varieties for 2013.
NEW FOR 2013
Wait a sec ...that's not a hydrangea? No but meet Tom's cat BOBO.
Tom works for us at our Brockville store.
Last year for his birthday he was given, as a gift, the rights to name Proven Winner's latest Hydrangea introduction for 2013. How cool is that? Tom chose to name it BOBO after his cat who is quite the character.
BOBO HYDRANGEA
This dwarf hydrangea will turn heads! Covered in large white flowers in summer. The flowers are held upright on strong stems, and continue to grow and lengthen as they bloom. In fall they turn pinkish. It is an asset to any garden, particularly those in which space is limited. It won the Gold Florall medal for best novelty plant. GROWS 36"H x 48"W Zone 3A

GREAT STAR HYDRANGEA
Discovered in the renowned French Garden of Princess Sturdza. Flowers open to large white wavy star shaped florets that can be up to 4" in width. Blooms from midsummer until fall to give your garden star power.
Definitely on my MUST HAVE list this season because .....If it's good enough for a princess it's good enough for me!

QUICK FIRE HYDRANGEA
The first to bloom! QUICK FIRE blooms about a month before other Hydrangea paniculata
Flowers open white then turn pink, and will be an extremely dark rosy-pink in the fall. Quick and easy to grow. Blooms are produced on 'new wood' and will bloom after even the harshest winters.

INCREDIBALL HYDRANGEA
If you love Annabelle Hydrangea then meet her BIG sister. The blooms on this variety grow 12" across! Cold hardy, reliable and beautiful this hydrangea puts on a show from June to August.

LIMELIGHT HYDRANGEA
Unique bright chartreuse blooms in mid-summer that hold bright and refreshing color right into autumn when the blooms change to a rich deep pink. An absolutely breathtaking variety.
Use as a fresh or dried cut flower.
