I created the Hampton Inn lettering thirty-three years ago for S&O Consultants,
of San Francisco. With the emphasis on "new and improved" in our consumer marketplace, many of my brands have had much shorter shelf lives. So, I've been pleasantly surprised over the years, to be driving and suddenly encounter the Hampton Inn lettering that I drew so many years ago. I also wanted to show this art to you because I suspect that you may not know that I did it.
