How are you doing ? Hanging in there I hope.

The hertz of the energy hitting us now is much higher than the frequency of the average person on planet earth. This has the effect of putting people into a very abrupt wash and spin cycle. Anyone reading this has probably been through a long, slow, clearing process whereby our frequency was slowly raised upwards ..... and that was difficult enough at times :))

Now imagine what it's like for people being hit with a big energy uptick in a very short period of time  0_0  This intense energy can cause people who are unaccustomed to it to freak out temporarily leading to more accidents and emergencies than usual.

So what can we do ? Essences are a quick, easy and effective way to help people regain balance in times of crisis. In this newsletter I'm going to tell you how you can best use your essences in an emergency - for yourself, your family and your community.

To facilitate you having all the essences you need, we are having a

Some examples of an emergency could be

  • an accident
  • bad news
  • sudden illness
  • death of a loved one
  • witnessing a shooting incident or a fight
  • natural disaster such as flooding, fire, earthquake etc.

When we experience an emergency we often become shocked. Symptoms of shock can include the following:

  • rapid, shallow breathing
  • cold clammy skin
  • rapid weak pulse
  • dizziness
  • fainting
  • a feeling of being ungrounded
  • weakness
  • shaking
  • anxiety
  • confusion

Shock is the body's sensible response to a dangerous situation or to the feeling of danger. We temporarily go into a state of suspended animation while we evaluate what needs to be done. Our fight or flight responses are then activated so that we can take appropriate action for survival.

The state of shock is designed to be temporary however many people, especially people who are sensitive, can get stuck in shock and find it difficult to come out of it. The earlier the shock is treated, the easier it is to recover from it.

This is where essences can be particularly helpful. They act quickly and are safe, effective and easy to use.

You can buy ready made emergency essence mixes which work very well. The Indigo emergency mix is called The Works (see below for more details on this)

For a more specific and accurate mix, it's a good idea to make your own Emergency Combination. You won't have time to make up your own essence during an actual emergency so do it now and have it hand should you need it.

Here's how to make your own Emergency Combination

  • Gather all your essences
  • Have at least two empty dropper or spray bottles to put your mix in
  • Have some labels and a pen
  • Ask that you have a clear and protected space to work in
  • State your intention clearly - that you would like a selection of essences that will return you to balance in times of emergency.
  • Using whatever method of selection suits you best ie. intuition, dowsing or muscle testing, choose your essences from the bottles in front of you.
  • Ask yourself how many drops of each essence you need, up to a max of ten from each bottle and add the drops to an empty bottle, which will become your Emergency mix dosage bottle.
  • When you have finished adding drops from your chosen essences, fill the dosage bottle to the top with a mixture of water and a preservative like vodka.
  • Label your bottle clearly as Emergency Combination and write your name and the date on it as well.
  • Keep this bottle in a prominent place so that you can find it quickly when you need it.

You can repeat this process to make an individualised Emergency bottle for each one of your family. Do involve your children in this process, they are very good at selecting essences.

How to make an Emergency Combination for your community

You can also make an emergency combination to help your extended family or community.

The steps are the same as the ones above except that your intention this time is to create a broad acting combination that will help to return balance to your extended family or community.

How to use your essences during an emergency

  • Before you do anything else, take your own emergency essence. Breathe deeply and steady yourself before you approach anyone who is injured or upset.  Your energy will have a strong impact on an injured or distressed person so the calmer you are the safer they will feel.
  • If the emergency is in your family or family home then make sure everyone has access to their own special mix.  Drops from the mix can be added to water or to a warm drink and should be sipped very frequently until a level of calm has returned.
  • If the emergency happens in your wider community you can offer your community essence to anyone who would like to take it. This essence can be taken in a drink or drops can be applied to pulse points.
  • It is also possible to apply essences to an environment either by adding drops to a bowl of water or by placing a few drops in the palm of your hand and visualising the energy of the mix flowing out to all beings who wish to benefit from it.

After the emergency

Your emergency essence will help you to regain your balance and move through shock quickly. In the aftermath of the emergency you or your family may need other essences to deal with feelings such as grief or rage that surface after the shock has passed. Choose these essences in the normal way.
