HPBA launches new online tool to enhance your member experience!

HPBA is now providing you a better way to search member information, purchase products from the HPBEF store and gain access to dealer resources and money-saving programs. Check out My HPBA (English), or My HPBA (French)  to learn more about your new membership management tool.

The site contains member-only benefits like the HPBA Membership Directory, access to dealer resources, industry publications, and money-saving programs. Also available is the ability to keep your company listing up to date. For retailers, service members and manufacturers, keeping this information up to date also keeps your information current for the Member Locator, which is a key consumer tool on www.hpba.org.

To access the portal, go to www.hpba.org. Under the "Members" tab on the home screen, select "Membership Directory" or "My HPBA" to get to the secure area. First-time users enter their 6-digit individual ID number (or NFI number) and password. User passwords default to the first initial of your first name plus the first five initials of your last name, in all caps. User names and passwords can be changed after your first log in.
