 2016 Final Rate Notices available
|
Your employer's 2016 Final Rate Notice will be available in the Employer Document archive of Employer Access on Monday, November 2.
If you have questions about your employer's rate notice, contact IMRF using the Employer-only phone, 1-800-728-7971, to speak with a Member Services representative.

IMRF to release 2015 Employer Satisfaction Survey
|
On Tuesday, November 3, employers will receive an email asking Authorized Agents and administrators to complete IMRF's 2015 Employer Satisfaction Survey. The survey should take approximately five minutes or less to complete.
Employers are encouraged to respond and return the survey. Your participation and feedback will help IMRF continue to provide the highest quality retirement services to our employers and our members. The Employer-only phone, 1-800-728-7971, is one example of IMRF's service-oriented response to survey feedback.

Employer Rates webinar resources presented online
|
IMRF concluded its 2015 webinar series Wednesday, October 21, with the program "Employer Rates: The Hows and The Whys."
Presented by Louis W. Kosiba, Executive Director, and Mark Nannini, Chief Financial Officer, "Employer Rates: The Hows and The Whys" detailed how IMRF rates are calculated and explained the various factors that affect employer rates. Attendees were invited to submit questions during the presentation, which were addressed live in the broadcast and afterward to expand on the data presented and focus on specific points.
A transcript of the questions and answers has been posted to a new, dedicated 2015 Employer Rates Webinar Resources page on IMRF's website (located under the "Employers" tab on the home page). In addition to the questions and answers transcript, the complete Employer Rates webinar program and the accompanying PowerPoint presentation are available for reference on the page. Viewers can easily retrieve the broadcast, or view and download the slides.
