IMRF continued its webinar series Tuesday, August 18, with the program "What Small Employers (and their Boards) Need To Know About IMRF."
Presented by Louis W. Kosiba, Executive Director, and Mark Nannini, Chief Financial Officer, "What Small Employers (and their Boards) Need To Know About IMRF" covered specific issues and concerns of small employers. The webinar included an explanation of IMRF's benefit structure, an overview of the rate making cycle, and ideas to help employers avoid traps for the unwary. Attendees were invited to submit questions during the presentation, which were addressed during and after the program to clarify and expand on the data presented. A transcript of the questions and answers has been posted to IMRF's website.

This webinar was the second in a series of online programs IMRF has scheduled for the year. The next program, covering Employer Contribution Rates, will take place Wednesday, October 21. Registration information will be announced in advance of the event.
