Executive Director to speak at ILPEx Quest for Success Conference
IMRF Executive Director Louis W. Kosiba will speak about leadership best practices at the 2014 Illinois Performance Excellence (ILPEx) Quest for Success Conference.
The conference, set for 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on March 27 at the Northern Illinois University Conference Center in Naperville, will focus on how Illinois organizations can use the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence to improve business processes, achieve strategic goals, and demonstrate world-class performance. The Criteria emphasizes activities of the senior executive leadership requiring processes for consistent management throughout a leadership system, management for quality, and public responsibility.
The conference's keynote speaker is Paul Grizzell, president of Core Values Partners, Inc. The conference will also feature seminars led by representatives from varying sectors of ILPEx Award-winning organizations, including Advocate Lutheran General Hospital; College of DuPage; Health, Research and Educational Trust; and IMRF.
IMRF won an ILPEx Silver Award for "Progress toward Excellence" in 2012 and a Bronze Award for "Commitment toward Excellence" in 2009.
