USHL has expanded sales support resources in order to provide greater efficiency and convenience for agents seeking assistance with pre- and post- sale questions or needs.* A new toll-free sales support hotline has been added, additional staffing has been devoted to the sales support function, and a dedicated email box has been added to allow 24/7 posting of sales support questions. *Changes not applicable to Wisconsin / EGP groups.
Here are the specifics:
Expanded Sales Support Staffing. Three team members are now dedicated to the sales support function-Valerie Newcomb, Janice Cooper and Elicia Singleton, all of whom have extensive sales and support-related experience.
Toll-Free Sales Support Hotline. Agents should now dial 844-828-5968 for assistance with pre- and post-sale issues. This line will be serviced by our newly-expanded support team between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. weekdays. Messages left during non-business hours will receive a reply within one business day.
Email Box for Agent Assistance. As an added measure of convenience, an email box has been established which will allow agents to post questions to the expanded support staff 24/7- [email protected] Replies will be provided by the staff within one business day.
Quote Requests and Prescreen Submissions. Agents should continue to submit quote requests to [email protected] and prescreen submissions to [email protected] for fastest turn-around.
