Greetings Alumni,

It is always so wonderful to see how your lives are unfolding. Congrat-ulations to Ashley Falke and Sara Schweinefuss on their upcoming marriages. I wish you the best as you prepare for your weddings.

What a wonderful pool of talent we have. Such accomplishments you have achieved. We have quite a group of role models that we can hold up to the present MTCES students.

MTCES had a dinner theater on January 29th. Our Drama Club consisted of 30 students in grades K - 8 who did an adaptation of the Children of Eden.  It was quite a success. Our construction is going very well. We will have a huge campus when all is finished. You need to stop in and see it. We will even have an outdoor learning space! Another big addition is a tornado corridor that can hold the entire student body.

Life is never stagnant, but is constantly evolving.  As our Development Department grows we will begin having gatherings with alumni. Do keep in contact with us-we always love to hear from you and see you.

God bless,

MTCES Welcomes New Staff Members

Angie McGraw (left) with Debbie Kreiner
With siding on the new academic wing nearly complete, it is no secret that the MTCES facility is growing. Inside the building, the school's staff is growing too. In the New Year, MTCES welcomed two new staff members: Debbie Kreiner, Director of Religious Education, and Angie McGraw, Development Director.

Debbie joined us in January after spending 16 years at St. John the Evangelist Church in West Chester managing their youth and young adult ministry. She was responsible for retreats, faith formation, catechist training, the confirmation program, and technology. Debbie's primary goal at MTCES is to assist Principal Sr. Anne Schulz and support the faculty in strengthening and enriching the school's faith formation curriculum. "Parents send their children to Mother Teresa seeking a Catholic education," said Debbie. "Our teachers have very busy schedules, so I want to support them and our faith formation programs as much as possible."

In February, MTCES welcomed Angie McGraw from St. Anthony Church and School in Dayton where she was the Development Director for five years. Angie spent the last 20 years of her career in the non-profit arena at numerous organizations. MTCES is the third Catholic school for which Angie has worked. "Since I have no children, I consider it a great joy and blessing to work in Catholic schools," she said. "I consider the students at these schools and my 12 nieces and nephews as my children."

So that MTCES maintains its overall level of academic and core value excellence while remaining as affordable as possible, Angie will focus on the completion of the school's capital campaign, the growth of its annual fund, and the cultivation of donors from the broader Catholic community.
