WMM TO PREMIERE NEW FILM FROM KIM LONGINOTTO, SALMA, IN COMPETITION AT SUNDANCE
 
salma  WMM is thrilled to announce that newly acquired film SALMA, by internationally acclaimed filmmaker Kim Longinotto (PINK SARIS, SISTERS IN LAW, ROUGH AUNTIES)will have its world premiere in competition at this year's Sundance Film Festival from January 17-27. 
 

SALMA is another beautiful, poignant and powerful portrait of women in India from Kim Longinotto. For more information on SALMA, contact Kristen Fitzpatrick.

  

We are extremely happy that two films produced through WMM's Production Assistance Program will have their premieres in the US Documentary Competition: AFTER TILLER by Martha Shane and Lana Wilson and GIDEON'S ARMY by Dawn Porter. Congratulations also to former PA Program filmmaker Kalyanee Mam, whose film A RIVER CHANGES COURSE is also in competition in World Documentary.
