The City of Lenexa plans to begin pavement maintenance work in the Bristol Ridge neighborhood (near 83rd Street and Woodland Drive) starting Wednesday, May 4, 2016, weather permitting. Crews will mill off the top layer of asphalt and then apply an ultra-thin bonded asphalt surface treatment to prolong road life. Work will move very quickly, and access to homes will be maintained.

Curb and sidewalk repairs were completed earlier this spring.

This is part of Lenexa's Pavement Management Program. In 2016, the city will invest $4.6 million in roadway maintenance to ensure roads are safe and in good condition.
