Packaging Graphics, Pawtucket, RI, installed an Eagle Systems Eco-Eagle Cold Foil system, which operates in unison with its Manroland Prindor press. VP of sales Greg Iannuccillo says the system allows his sophisticated operation to run lower quantities without sacrificing efficiencies. "One key advantage the system offers us is the use of narrow webs of foil, which in turn delivers significant material savings," he says. It offers users the flexibility to apply a single 40-in. width of foil or multiple widths, in any combination, as narrow as 2 in.
