SAN MATEO, CA | Bertram Capital has acquired Maxcess Intl. Holding Corp. Headquartered in Oklahoma City, OK, Maxcess marks Bertram's fifth transaction in the plastic processing industry and the company will be merged with Webex Inc., a 2012 Bertram acquisition. The merged entity will be led by a management team comprised of leaders from both companies.

SHENDRA, INDIA | Cosmo Films recently inaugurated its 9th BOPP film production line on a new greenfield site in the Special Economic Zone in Shendra. In conjunction with this project, Atlas commissioned two slitter/rewinders--an 8.7-m-wide CW984AP primary film slitter at the end of the film line and a 2.8-m-wide CW800 secondary film slitter for processing narrower widths.
