Global 3.0! Focus on Pillar I
Global 3.0!'s strategic plan is built on five pillars. The first pillar encompasses the core services of providing businesses information regarding expansion and location in the Gateway Region.

Components of Pillar I

  • Implement a coordinated business retention and expansion program throughout the region, in both a primary and supporting capacity (as appropriate)
  • Provide a one step entrée of business services for all federal, state, regional and local resources available for business growth
  • Serve as the regional conduit for export support
  • Conduct selected international missions to seek potential foreign direct investment into the region
  • Put in motion a highly strategic job creation program with emphasis on Advanced Logistics, Advanced Manufacturing, Advanced Materials, Food and Natural Products and existing fast growing companies.
