Safe and Clean Team Finds Lost Wallet
 | The Safe & Clean Team members can be recognized by their bright yellow polo shirts.
|
On Friday, June 6, Clean team employee Raymond Acklin was sweeping the sidewalk at 755 S. Wall St. While sweeping the sidewalk, Mr. Acklin found a female's white wallet on the curb. He immediately notified the Field Office dispatcher, and the wallet was taken to the office. While looking for identification to the rightful owner, it was discovered that the wallet contained credit cards, checks, an ATM card, $60 dollars cash, and some ID cards.
BID Safety contacted the owner of the wallet who came to the office to retrieve her property. She was very pleased that our Clean Team employee found her wallet and wanted to reward Mr. Acklin with money, but she was told that we don't accept gratuities for performing our jobs.
