Common Core Resources in the LMC

LRDC

The Learning Multimedia Center has added new collections to the library to help with the implementation of the Common Core State Standards.

In January, the State Board of Education adopted the standards-aligned mathematics instructional materials.  These materials may be reviewed in the Learning Resources Display Center.

Exemplar Texts identified by the Common Core State Standards Initiative and EngageNY are now available for check out.  These titles include both fiction and informational text for grades K-12.

In addition, Common Core Parent Kits have been added for parents to check out and use with their children.  The instructional for these kits are available in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese.
