Happy New Year!

As we enter the new year, I want to share with you that I recently launched the kNOw THEM Initiative combating the most dangerous four-letter word in the English language, THEM.  The last 12 years of working with leaders on opposite sides of regional conflicts has demonstrated that THEM, or stereotyped notions about "The Other", are often the root of many of the problems we deal with.  My TEDx BeaconStreet talk explored the impact of "THEM", strategies for combating this four-letter word, and ways to enrich our life experience by better understanding our own filters and biases.
