|FROM THE CEO: Gina M. Jaeger Welcome to the November 2013 edition of Who's on First! Yesterday, we celebrated the 153 Anniversary of Juliette Gordon Low's birth - who was recognized by the National Board of Girl Scouts on the eve of her death as "...not only the first Girl Scout, but the best Girl Scout of them all." As we continue into the Second Century of Girl Scouting, it is important to honor the rich past of Juliette's vision as we look toward the opportunities and promises of the future - reaping the benefits of our shared Girl Scout experiences because of Juliette's gift to each of us. Thank you and Happy Birthday, Juliette!
