While most of our customers are one-time customers, we regularly expand or build new projects for existing customers. They experience our workmanship, see how well solar performs, and they want more!
So far 67 customers have called us again to make their systems bigger, to install on their business after installing on their home (or vice versa), or to install solar on more than one business location.
One of our favorite repeat customers is Jeff Poppen aka The Barefoot Farmer. We installed two systems at Long Hungry Creek Farm, first in 2010, then again this year.
"I went solar five years ago because it was the right thing to do for my farm," says Jeff. "This summer we wanted to install another system, and I knew I could count on LightWave to take care of all the details and install a top notch system."
