There are many new opportunities in restroom control and Camden has you covered. Our new CX-33 Advanced Logic Relay is a leading-edge door controller, ideal for single occupant washrooms with low energy operators installed. It also includes a dedicated output for illuminated signage.
This controller is unique in that it can combine its sequencing function and safety sensor installation modes with a switching network (make/break relay).
Plus, the CX-33 is easy to program, with a large 3-segment LED and simple push buttons. It is pre-programmed for interconnection between access control, fire alarm, and telephone entry systems. It provides a best-in-class range of 13 operating modes, with sub-modes. Particularly versatile because of its size, it is small enough to fit in most door operator cases.
The CX-33 is also part of several restroom control kits that Camden has developed for a variety of design options.
Built for operation in a huge range of locking and/or automatic door applications, the relay also works well with apartment entry systems, because it can have a direct connection to the phone entry panel. This simplifies wiring and removes the need for an isolating relay. Other applications for the CX-33 include smoke evacuation (fire doors), 2-door timed or latching airlocks, and access control situations where an extended trigger input results in the lock retracting and enabling an exterior wall switch.

Our New Customer Service Rep | |
Let's welcome our new Customer Service Rep, Dimitri Mitskopoulos. Dimitri brings a wealth of customer service experience to the position having worked in multiple call centers. He began as a tech support representative for Symantec and rose to inside sales, a position he also had with IBM.
His message to Camden customers? "I understand what it's like to be a customer. My goal and passion is to provide you with the best experience and service. Although I may not have an immediate answer to your inquiries, I will enthusiastically utilize the resources I have to provide a solution."

Camden Enhances its Web Site
Our industry leading web site was good before but we've made it even better. It now features an improved graphic design, with easier navigation, a new company blog, links to more social media sites and an exciting new 'applications' section.
1) Graphic Design/Navigation: To start, we've simplified the home page design. You'll locate the specific information you're looking for much easier. The main product listing section is now a selectable 'mega menu' with product images. We've also reduced the amount of promotional banners and brought customer service features, such as order/ship tracking, to the top of the page. 
2) Company Blog: Communication is vital and our new blogs are an important way for you to get the latest news of our company, products, events and much more. The blog has been designed to work together with our social media sites, including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, to provide 'media rich' information on a whole new basis.
3) Applications Section:
We are really excited about our new applications section. More than offering the best door locking and activation products, Camden now provides complete solutions for most access control and automatic door installations. This new section of the Camden web site is where you will find a rapidly growing range of application guides, white papers, project specifications and other information that will help you meet the requirements of the latest codes and standards, as well as best practices.

Graphic Programming Guide and Installation Video Now Available for 120 Series Keypads
Our support for the 120 Series keypads goes to a new level with a graphic programming guide and installation video. In addition to helping you program the 120 keypad, the new quick set up guide contains additional information such as accompanying products specs and the ability to list the users and positions they are in. It also includes a handy wiring diagram in case you are using wireless.
 The video featuring Peter Lucas, Camden's technical support manager, offers a visual demonstration of the product, programming and installation.
