- Fuel Oil Aging Determination - 
 
In response to a growing need in the commercial and residential marketplace, YORK has expanded its services to include the EPA method for determining the age of fuel oil in soil.
YORK provides all applicable ratios and a total petroleum hydrocarbon value to allow the environmental or forensic professional to evaluate.  
 
 

YORK's custom analytical report includes: 
  • approximate age of oil released in soil
  • indicators of degree of biodegradation
  • indicators of diagenetic environments and weathering

Courier Service will end at noon on Wednesday, 11/25 and will resume on Monday 11/30.

Let us know in advance if you have any special needs for sample pick-up so that we can work to accommodate your request.

Please plan accordingly for short holding time parameters and to ensure results are received when needed. Holidays do not count as a "business day" when calculating analysis turn-around-time. You'll want to submit samples much earlier in the week.
